Numerous good sources for Pennsylvania Dutch recipes exist in print and online. Consequently, for this series, we have taken the position that our reference sources should be published no sooner than 1960, a timeframe chosen to be contemporary with Geoff's exposure as a child to Mom-Mom’s accomplished cooking style. Some of these references are out-of-print but may be found in online archives or through used book merchants.
